· Adhering driving regulation per ARC/IFRC handbook
· Cleaning ARC vehicle, inside and outside all the times
· Recording journeys by filling out log book (put day/date/time, destination, kilometer) accurately
· Reporting financial receipt (gasoline, toll, park, etc fee) weekly

An international, non profit organization that supports the building of democratic societies is seeking to employ a Program Officer to assist with the daily operation and implementation of its projects. This is a full time immediate position.
Responsibilities include:
1)Provide IFES Indonesia and partner organizations with advice on the full range of technical and operational issues relating to elections - for example, voter registration, voting and counting processes, election logistics – as required;
2)Proactively seek out ways to assist electoral partner organizations in all areas related to the conduct of elections;

4)Liaise closely with members and officials of Indonesia's electoral institutions and support ongoing working relationships;

7)Coordinate electoral information activities with civil society actors, and partner organizations within the public and private sectors, as required.

9)Assist with the translation of technical documents from Bahasa Indonesia to English (and vice versa) in standard electoral wording, as required;

Managing daily project activities, including activities and budget planning, cash-flow control, periodic report writing, documents archiving, correspondence with partner and donor agency, and regular monitoring - evaluation to achieve programs outputs in an efficient, transparent and accountable way in coordination with Program Coordinator, Program Assistant, Office Manager and Finance/ Accounting Manager
3. Supervising and/or implementing program activities, which includes research, cross country study, workshop/conference, training/technical assistance and other capacity building activities in Jakarta or other cities in Indonesia in coordination with Project Assistant, Program Coordinator, Associate Director and Executive Director
4. Representing Prakarsa in various government and civil society forum related to the on going project or other Prakarsa’s activities at local and national level
5. Participate in the program evaluation and program development including proposal writing 6. Wiling to travel outside Jakarta for a substantial period of times
7. Willing to expand her/his social network among academia and research institutes inside and outside Indonesia, Indonesia policy makers, international and national NGOs.
Qualification :
* Must be an Indonesian citizen, no more than 40 years old, preferably lived around Jabodetabek
* Must have bachelor degree, with minimum 5 (five) years proven working experience in similar position to handle program’s planning and management, especially in civil society organizations.
* Must have high proficiency in English, both oral and written, and good communication skill to lead and manage multi stakeholders networking and lobbying activities
* Must have previous knowledge and understanding on budget issues, Indonesia MDGs targets and/or pro poor policy reform. Preceding research or advocacy experience in those area will be an advantage

The Communications Manager will be a senior manager and an integral part of the Country Management Team reporting to the Country Director.
Requirements:
· Degree in mass communications, journalism or related discipline.
· At least five years experience with successful track record in communications, media relations or journalism including supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
· Computer literate.
· Excellent communicator, team builder and negotiator.
· Experience in NGOs will be an advantage.
