Mercy Corps, an international relief and development organization that focuses on alleviating hardship, reducing poverty and improving living conditions of vulnerable populations in crisis urgently searching for qualified Indonesiacitizens for:

Construction Program Manager
(Based In Banda Aceh)
The Construction Program Manager will be responsible for all construction activities, verify all technical drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and schedules and over-sea construction program staff. In addition the manager should liaison with other Mercy Corpsdepartments and contractors to assess and deliver construction projects to improve the economic and social environment in tsunami-affected villages

Qualifications
include:
· BA/S or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related
field required.
· Minimum three years of international program management experience required;
· Minimum four years experience creating designs, bills of quantities, and specifications
· Minimum four years experience in construction supervision.
· Experience in staff supervision and commitment to staff development.
· Knowledge of environmental issues and urban and rural planning a plus
· English and Bahasa Indonesia reading, writing, and speaking fluency required.
